What Is Rainbow Adventure?

What Your Child will Learn?

Emotional Resilience – Feel safe with emotions & embrace challenges

Children learn to recognise and name their emotions, developing the confidence to face setbacks with courage. They are gently guided to see “oopsie” moments as part of the learning process.

Adaptability & Growth – Try new things with confidence

Through exposure to new materials, techniques, and experiences, children build the courage to step outside their comfort zone. We create a safe space where they learn to embrace change, take healthy risks, and develop a flexible, curious mindset.

Communication & Expression – Share ideas, stories & thoughts in group discussions

Children build vocabulary for their thoughts and feelings, learning to communicate clearly and respectfully. Through storytelling, games and group sharing, they develop both verbal and non-verbal expressions.

Teamwork & Collaboration – Work in small groups to achieve goals

Children learn how to share, listen, and contribute within a group setting. They experience the joy of working together toward common goals through play and project-based activities.

Social Skills – Learn respect, boundaries, patience & cooperation

Through guided play and group activities, children learn to navigate friendships with care and respect. They practice taking turns, managing impulses, resolving conflicts, and developing empathy; all while learning to “catch themselves in the act” when big emotions arise.

Emotional Regulation Through Projects – Express feelings & develop self-regulation skills

Creative projects and sensory activities provide healthy outlets for emotions. These hands-on experiences support children in understanding their internal world and developing tools for calm and focus.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ'S)

Rainbow Adventure is designed as an independent class. However, during the trial class, parents are welcome to remain on the premises to help their child feel comfortable.

At Brainbow, we understand that school refusal can stem from anxiety, lack of confidence, or separation difficulties. The Rainbow Adventure program provides a safe, nurturing environment where children build emotional resilience, confidence, and trust. Your child will learn how to feel safe with their emotions, regulate them, and manage anxiety. With thousands of successful cases, we’ve seen children transform their fear of school into a more positive, confident approach to learning.

Yes, Rainbow Adventure is a fantastic introduction for children who haven’t yet started school. It helps them develop essential skills like emotional regulation, social interaction, and adapting to structured routines, setting them up for a smoother transition into school. Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is not widely incorporated into standard school curriculums, so this program provides a unique, lifelong foundation that will benefit your child both at school and in daily life.

We keep our classes small, with 10–15 children per group and 2 experienced teachers. Classes are held in our spacious 3,000 sq ft environment to ensure comfort and engagement.

Like a rubber band, we gently stretch children to help them grow resiliently. When your child is ready, we’ll discuss their transition into the SuperPowerMe level. Their class time can usually remain the same to ensure a smooth shift.
