What Is Discover Me?

What Your Child will Learn?

Understanding Emotions – Connecting Feelings to Daily Life

Your child will learn to recognise and name different emotions by connecting them to real-life situations. Through stories and group activities, they’ll begin to understand that all feelings are valid and manageable.

Self-Love & Confidence – Discovering Their Unique Identity

We help children notice what makes them special and celebrate their unique qualities with joy. Beginning their learning journey by exploring who they are builds a strong sense of self and lays the foundation for confidence in social and learning settings.

Sensory & Imaginary Play – Exploring the World with Wonder

Children explore their world through hands-on activities that engage all five senses, along with rich imaginary play. We also gently integrate vestibular, proprioceptive, and interoceptive experiences to support brain development, focus, and emotional regulation.

Creative Expression – Processing Emotions Through Art

Process-based art encourages children to express themselves freely without pressure to be perfect. They’ll experiment with a variety of materials and techniques, allowing their creativity to flourish in a safe and joyful space.

Healthy Separation – Feel safe & adapt to school life smoothly

We support children as they take their first steps towards independence, gently adjusting to time away from their primary caregivers. With comforting rituals and consistent routines, we guide families through this transition to build trust, security, and confidence.

Routines & Independence – Build habits for a confident start

Children learn to follow simple routines and manage transitions, helping them stay present and connected to their surroundings. These habits empower them to feel secure, capable, and confident.
